| Facilities Apartments to rent in Villa on the Island of Ischia, in the heart of the historical centre of Forio surrounded by a lush Mediterranean Garden with lemon, orange, mandarin, palm trees and english garden. The Villa offers recently-restructured independent Holidays Homes with a garden and all comforts, of various sizes (50 to 90 qm) for 2-6 persons. All the apartments have been restructured and furnished according to the Local Style, and they perfectly fit the different needs of our guests. There is the romantic apartment for two people and the one with two bedrooms for a family with children or simply for some friends who are travelling together. Together with the features of the accommodation, from Forio’s Port (at 100 meters) there is daily Trips for Capri, Ponza, Ventotene and Procida Islands, Naples, Sorrento and Positano, Amalfi, Pompeii, Vesuvius, Royal Palace and Park of Caserta Villa is in Forio on the northern side where there are a lot of evocative areas of naturalistic interest. It is the only town which has preserved its entire historical centre with its tiny streets, churches, sighting towers and monuments. The charming village of Forio Of Ischia with its many restaurants where it’s possible taste some tipycal food, bar, pubs, delicatessen shops, is only five minutes at walk from Villa The most beautifull Beaches of Island and the most important Thermal garden (Poseidon and Negombo) are near Villa. The main Beaches of Ischia Island (Citara, San Francesco, Cava dell'Isola, Chiaia) are at walking distance from the accommodation, but you can also walk there or take Bus or minibus. The nearness to the bus station allows also to reach the most far places of the Island, like garden of Villa Gancia; Villa Mortella garden's of Lady Walton (1st in the competition anniversary 'The beautifull Park of Italy 2004 '); Poseidon Thermal Garden (a park with more 20 swimmingpool in a bay of Citara) and la Colombaia (museum of Luchino Visconti Director of 'il Gattopardo); the Soccorso'church; Torrione'big tower, San Vito'church. Subject to agreement it is allowed to accommodate your animals. Villa Maria Luisa is just 100 metres from the town centre of Forio and the port. The nearest beach is just 400 metres away. The spa gardens are just 1 km away (it takes just 15 minutes to walk there). The nearest bus stop is 150 metres away and it is then just 10 km to Sant'Angelo (a splendid town typical of this area, very romantics).
